Product Features
It is a flameproof explosion-proof electrical control cabinet. Its enclosure can withstand the internal explosion of flammable mixtures that penetrate into the enclosure through any joint surface or structural gap of the enclosure without being damaged, and will not ignite the external explosive atmosphere formed by one or more gases or vapors. It is used in places where explosive and flammable gases exist.
Explosive gases are classified into Groups IA, IB, and IC according to the equipment protection category. Equipment marked IIB can be used under the service conditions of Group IIA equipment; Group IIC equipment can be used under the service conditions of Groups IIA and IIB. The representative gases for Group IIA are propane, for Group IIB are ethylene, and for Group IIC are hydrogen and acetylene.
Group II equipment is divided into 6 temperature classes based on the ignition temperatures of various gases/vapors: T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6. The maximum allowable surface temperatures are as follows: T1 < 450°C, T2 < 300°C, T3 < 200°C, T4 < 135°C, T5 < 100°C, T6 < 85°C.
Hazardous locations are classified into the following zones based on the frequency and duration of the occurrence of explosive gas mixtures:
Zone 0: An environment where explosive gas mixtures are continuously present or present for long periods, with a continuous hazard duration exceeding 100 hours per year;
Zone 1: An environment where explosive gas mixtures may occur during normal operation, with an intermittent hazard duration of 10–100 hours per year;
Zone 2: An environment where explosive gas mixtures are not likely to occur during normal operation, or if they do occur, they only exist for a short time, with a hazard duration of 0.1–10 hours per year under accident conditions.
The enclosure can be made of cold-rolled steel plates or 304 stainless steel (welded structure) or die-cast aluminum alloy (die-casting forming). The interior of the product can be installed with detection instruments, display instruments, low-voltage electrical appliances, frequency converters, soft starters, or computer control systems. The panel of the explosion-proof cabinet can be installed with explosion-proof indicator lights, explosion-proof buttons, touch screens, and circuit breaker operating handles. The back can be installed with aluminum cooling fins and heat pipe radiators to meet the internal heat dissipation needs of customers. The bottom can be installed with non-armored explosion-proof cable glands; according to customer requirements, explosion-proof cable glands with internal threads can be installed to meet on-site steel pipe wiring.
Product Parameters
Material:
Die-cast aluminum alloy (high-pressure die-casting) or carbon steel (welded structure, using Q235 steel plates);
Surface treatment: For die-cast aluminum alloy/carbon steel, high-speed shot blasting followed by electrostatic powder coating; for stainless steel (welded structure), surface wire drawing or electrostatic powder coating.
Internal Components: Can be installed with circuit breakers, PLCs, contactors, instruments, etc.
Panel Configuration: Can be installed with instrument windows (with button operation), explosion-proof indicator lights, explosion-proof buttons, explosion-proof touch screens, and circuit breaker operating handles (used to open/close the circuit breakers inside the explosion-proof cabinet).
Fasteners: All fasteners are made of 304 stainless steel (with strong corrosion resistance).
Wiring Methods: Steel pipe wiring, cable wiring, or explosion-proof flexible hose wiring are all available; customization is possible according to customer requirements.
Application Environment: Indoor or outdoor use (special customization available according to customer requirements).
Installation Methods: Floor-mounted or wall-mounted.
