It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems and plays roles such as switching on/off, controlling, or protecting in power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion, and consumption of the power system. With a rated voltage ranging from 3.6kV to 12kV, it is characterized by a middle-mounted vacuum circuit breaker—specifically, the circuit breaker is located in the middle of the front cabinet of the switchgear. As a result, the space at the bottom is saved and can be used for the expansion of other configurations or as a cable chamber.
Its main application scenarios include: urban residential areas, large-scale secondary substations, switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, hospitals, stadiums, railways, and tunnels.

Main Features
1、The structure of the high-voltage switchgear cabinet is fabricated by bolting together aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, which are processed via multi-bend technology on CNC machine tools.
2、All operations are performed with the cabinet doors closed.
3、It has a high protection class, which prevents the intrusion of debris and pests.
4、A simple yet effective "five-prevention" interlocking system is equipped to avoid incorrect operations.
5、It can be matched with VS1 and VD4 type vacuum circuit breakers.
6、Circuit breaker replacement is simple, and the interchangeability of the truck (drawout unit) is excellent.
7、The cabinet can be installed against walls and maintained from the front, reducing the floor space occupied.
8、The cable chamber has ample space and can be connected to multiple cables.
9、Heaters can be separately installed in the circuit breaker chamber and cable chamber to prevent condensation and corrosion.

The cabinet is divided into three layers: upper, middle, and lower.The upper layer consists of a busbar chamber and an instrument chamber. The instrument chamber is located at the front, while the busbar chamber is at the rear, and the two small chambers are separated by a partition.The middle layer is the switch chamber, a compartment for placing the vacuum circuit breaker. The circuit breaker adopts a truck-type (drawout-type) vacuum circuit breaker, which is easy to install. For maintenance or replacement, only the circuit breaker truck needs to be pulled out, and there is no need to cut off the power supply.The lower layer is the cable chamber, which has sufficient space and can be connected to multiple cables.

Five-Prevention Interlocking Functions1、Prevention of closing under load: After the vacuum circuit breaker truck is closed in the test position, the truck-mounted circuit breaker cannot move into the operating position.
2、Prevention of closing with earthing wire connected: When the earthing switch is in the closed position, the truck-mounted circuit breaker cannot be closed.
3、Prevention of accidental entry into live compartments: When the vacuum circuit breaker is in the closed operating state, the rear door of the cabinet is mechanically interlocked with the door via the earthing switch.
4、Prevention of connecting earthing wires to live equipment: When the vacuum circuit breaker is closed during operation, the earthing switch cannot be closed.
5、Prevention of opening the disconnector under load: When the vacuum circuit breaker is closed and in operation, the truck-mounted circuit breaker cannot be pulled out of the operating position.
